Pcvisit integration is the connection to the ITSM tool Autotask. This allows a simple usage of pcvisit from the Autotask website. Information about several remote access will be transmitted to Autotask and also back to the remote session.

Allows you to start a remote session from within Autotask where customer, ticket and other information can be transferred. Once the remote service is complete, data from the remote session such as duration of the session, as well as the customer and the support case will automatically associated with the ticket and can be billed.
