Datto partners can now purchase new BCDR subscriptions or renew a current subscription with month-to-month contracts. Bringing back month-to-month Datto BCDR contracts allows our partners to protect their profitability and adapt to the evolving landscape of BCDR.

FLEXSpend for Everything

Datto understands that one only thing to remain consistent in MSPs live is that things around our partners are continuously changing. Catastrophic Client Loss Protection

We’re only successful when our partners are too, and when things don’t go as planned, we have your back. If a partner experiences a loss of a customer whose service represents 20% or more of the revenue, we’ll adjust our partner’s license count for licenses attributable to that account keeping our partners protected.

Price Lock Guarantee

No one likes to be surprised by an increase in your plan when a contract ends. With this program our contracts increases are capped at a maximum of 5%, plus any adjustments necessary for inflation as we are committed to offering top-tier solutions at the most competitive prices.
