Krämer IT Solutions is a German IT Service Provider. Founded in 1992, it now has more than 60 employees. Server-Eye is currently represented in DACH only

Issues are identified through Server-Eye’s Monitoring Software and through the integration are created as tickets in Autotask.

Integration Features

• Creating a ticket
• Allocation of that ticket to the correct customer account
• Transfer of ticket information from Server-Eye to Autotask
