Inforcer Autotask Integration 

Inforcer helps cloud-first MSPs manage Microsoft 365 at scale by standardizing policies across multiple customer tenants. Partners can align tenants to security baselines and compliance frameworks (such as CIS, NIS2, ISO, NIST, HIPAA), automate baseline deployment, and track policy drift with alerts that can feed into PSA tools. Inforcer also offers customer-facing audits, Copilot readiness, automation and API.  

Inforcer can create alerts for M365 Drift or Certificate expiration. Using this integration, alerts will be created as tickets in Autotask. Inforcer tenants can be mapped to Autotask companies. Tickets can be fully customized and linked to i.e., Ticket Categories and Priorities.
