Heimdal Security Autotask Integration
Automation and efficiency are two important Heimdal aims that we constantly have in mind. That’s why, customers and partners using the Autotask platform will benefit from a new integration that will allow their users to leverage automation and customization options when it comes to the management of (support) tickets, in Autotask.
Heimdal’s Autotask integration offers the ability to automatically generate tickets for 12 different alert types detected by out integrated cybersecurity solution, split in 2 categories: Heimdal Operations (CPU, Memory, Disk consumption values above threshold or Next-Gen AV, Firewall, Operating System Updates functionality issues) and Heimdal Cyber Alerts (based on Heimdal products detection for: Ransomware Encryption Protection, PEDM, Antivirus etc.). Each category of tickets can be customized using configuration panels.
· Authentication using API username & password and Integration Tracking Identifier
· Configuration panels for each ticket category, allowing the users to match several fields from Autotask and use them when generating tickets (Queue, Priority, Ticket category and type, Status, Issue and Sub-issue type, Work type, Source, Due Date)
· Automatic customer synchronization and matching based on customer name
· Manual customer matching
· Two different categories of tickets, totaling 12 different Heimdal operational and cyber alerts that can be enabled for ticket generation
