Our integration with Datto Autotask PSA allows our Managed Service Partners to provide their account contacts with simple and easy access to their active requests. Account contacts have an up-to-date overview of active requests from the comfort of their Workspace 365 digital workspace environment, without the need to open the Client Portal. Besides a simple overview, we also provide a quick way to create a new request, directly from Workspace 365.

  • Lists active requests of an account contact (not an Autotask PSA user), incl. status and registration date/time
  • Client portal deep linking per request
  • Client portal deep link to directly create a new request
