Our integration allows support engineers to be prepared for incoming support calls with screen-pops showing customer information with links directly into the Autotask contact record. Click2Call functionality speeds up the outbound dialing process improving team productivity and all calls and call recordings are logged in Autotask so there is a complete contact history for each client. 

  • Desktop notifications (screen-pops) with real-time lookups to Autotask to show client information for incoming calls. Clicking on the notification will take the user straight into the contact record.
  • Incoming caller information extracted from Autotask and shown directly on your IP phone display.
  • All incoming and outgoing calls are recorded as call activities against the contact record automatically and a link is provided to listen to the call recording in the Invoco portal.
  • New contact creation for new callers to your support line.
  • Works on both softphones and hardware desk phones.
