With our Zapier integration an MSP can port data to over 4500+ apps.
Alert Manager has built a deep integration with Datto Autotask to allow our mutual customers to create, update and close tickets automatically when issues arise and when they return to normal. This will save an MSP/Enterprise valuable time not having to sift through open tickets to figure out whether a service is up or down. Our integration allows for you to select all the proper fields that the ticket should be created with in Datto Autotask. When an alert comes through that needs to have a ticket created the system will create the ticket and then update it as more alerts come through.

- Automatically Open, Update and Close tickets based on external device monitoring alerts
- Alerts can also be sent via SMS, Email, Webhooks, Slack, Microsoft Teams or any other apps through Zapier.
- MSPs can extract data from any E-mails for exporting or automation of data to other systems including Autotask.
- Ticketing fields such as Type, Sub-Type, Open/Close status etc. are available in ticketing profiles to automatically fill those fields.
