A daily SKU feed keeps the Autotask product list current, while one-click calls fetch real-time price and availability as quotes are built. When an opportunity is closed, the connector submits a validated purchase order to TD SYNNEX and records the returned order number on the Autotask PO. Background polling then updates shipment, tracking, and back-order status on each line item to maintain an accurate order record without manual data entry. The result is a seamless, Autotask-native quote-to-cash flow for TD SYNNEX partners.
