The PSA plug-in maps StorageCraft MSP license quantities and Cloud Backup storage usage to PSA customer accounts and agreements. It allows MSPs to push changes either on-demand or on a schedule from StorageCraft to their Autotask PSA system.

Integration Features

  • StorageCraft partners can sync StorageCraft licenses and cloud usage to their PSA accounts for automated billing.
  • The PSA plug-in maps StorageCraft MSP licenses, Cloud Backup usage, File Backup and Recovery usage, and Storage information to PSA custom accounts and contracts.
  • It allows MSPs to push changes, either on-demand or on a schedule, from the StorageCraft Partner portal to their PSA customer accounts.
  • The plug-in now generates a mapping report to summarize which StorageCraft accounts are mapped to specific Autotask accounts.
