Autotask – SalesForce Integration

Recursyv Seamless is an application integration service that makes it easy to connect different software applications. New integrations can be quickly setup using Recursyv’s growing library of application connectors (including Autotask). Foundation connectors (SOAP, RESTful) are available to integrate with bespoke applications, either in the cloud or on-premise.

Connect Autotask to Salesforce using this templated Seamless integration. The integration allows you to keep Company and Customer information synchronised between both systems. Scope can be easily extended to include additional data types, UDFs, list values and mappings.

Keep customer data in sync with bi-directional synchronization of Autotask Clients to Dynamics Accounts and Contacts (i.e. updates made in either system are synced).
Support & setup information is available in English. Available globally. It can be deployed to any Azure region ensuring the ability to meet local data protection requirements.
