• Backup only: This is the most preferred solution for M365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Groups and Teams), Google Workspace (Gmail, GDrive and Shared Drive) and Hosted exchange users. Pricing is based on number of number seats and it include unlimited storage and retention. Features include user access control management, file/attachment manager, advance search, and advanced reporting via insights. Insights and relationships give a summary report of all emails in and out of an organization. Restore, download or migrate the entire mailbox or just one email with the click of a button. Use 16 attributes in our advance search to find the right data that your need and restore within a minute.

• Backup + Archiving: This tier includes all of the backup features found in Backup Only tier, and also includes email archiving with journaling, a regulatory-compliant email preservation solution that is mandated in certain industries because of its tamper-free capabilities. Multiple compliance related features are added to this product tier such as custom retention policy, legal hold, eDiscovery, Audit log and actionable GDPR compliance features that allow users to classify, discover, review, take action and report on GDPR requests.

With Dropsuite Backup integration with Autotask, MSPs can protect clients' data and smoothen provisioning, billing and support ticketing operations.
