The DMARCER integration for Autotask keeps your PSA in step with your email-security work automatically. It links each DMARCER customer to its Autotask company and matches domains to existing configuration items before creating anything, so assets are never duplicated and nothing is deleted from Autotask. Security alerts, such as a failing SPF record or a domain appearing on a blacklist, are raised as Autotask tickets so your team can act on them in their normal queue. Domain unit counts sync to the customer’s contract, keeping recurring billing accurate without manual reconciliation.
