In our pop-up you can select 4 action buttons, for example; Open Contact, Create Ticket or Open Dashboard. Because we can interface with over 35 telephony systems, you don’t have to switch providers.

Bubble integration with Autotask allows you to connect to more than 35 telephony systems. With an incoming or outgoing call, you can see who is calling and which colleague had the last contact with this customer. From here you can perform various actions such as: Open Customercard, Create Ticket, Callback Request or Open Dashboard. The Bubble integration tool allows you to answer the phone more personally and handle calls more efficiently.
