• Malwarebytes endpoint security scans return a positively identified, or potential, threat will automatically generate a new service ticket with Autotask.
• Customer data within Malwarebytes OneView, including billing, license usage, and customer site details are kept in sync with Datto Autotask PSA.
• Malwarebytes endpoint security agent shares critical information from customer endpoints with Datto Autotask PSA, including OS version, IP address, MAC address, protection service version, installation date, policy, and last known user.
