SKOUT’s 2-Way Ticket Integration provides increased visibility into the lifecycle of any cybersecurity incidents Skout detects. Whenever one of our analysts needs to alert a customer of suspicious activity, a ticket will be created within your Autotask Service Desk with all the relevant information from our own internal ticket. Additionally, any further correspondence between our analysts and the customer can occur entirely within the notes of the newly created ticket. Our integration also provides additional actionability for the customer – if a given alert is a false positive, or if the issue has been remediated, closing your Autotask ticket will also close out our ticket!

  • Any alert that is raised to an alarm within Skout’s ticketing system will be created as a ticket within the customer’s Autotask Service Desk
  • Any non-internal notes that are written within the newly created ticket will be received inside the notes of our ticket, and vice versa
  • If one closes out the Autotask ticket we created, the corresponding ticket in our system will also be closed out
