SpecTronics’ VoIP phone system integration with Autotask enables click to dial from within Autotask saving employee time manually dialing numbers. The integration works both with softphones and hardware desk phones. Autotask Contacts can be imported into the Hosted PBX directory to display caller name on incoming calls so employees can quickly identify callers and can even offer a more personalised greeting.

Integration Features

  • Contact Dial – dial the contact from the contact search or from the contact’s window
  • Account Dial – dial the main account number from the account search or the account’s window
  • Ticket Dial – dial the ticket contact from the ticket window or any list of tickets
