From synchronizing managed asset and account information to ticket resolution, the integration with our RMM platform helps you keep your clients up and running. Continuum converts alerts into service tickets visible across both platforms. Once within Autotask, tickets follow your own workflow, notification and escalation policies – so you can focus on the work that needs to be done. In addition, any work done by Continuum’s NOC technicians or Help Desk is automatically updated.
