Seamless Jira Service Desk Integration

Recursyv Seamless is an application integration service that makes it easy to connect different software applications. New integrations can be quickly setup using Recursyv’s growing library of application connectors (including Autotask). Foundation connectors (SOAP, RESTful) are available to integrate with bespoke applications, either in the cloud or on-premise.

Seamless is provided as a managed service operated by Recursyv. The subscription fee covers access to all Recursyv connectors, pro-active monitoring and the ability to make reasonable configuration changes and support.

Connect Autoask to Jira Service Desk (Cloud or Server) to keep tickets in sync between different helpdesks using this templated Seamless integration.

The integration allows you to keep ticket information, including updates, synced between both systems. Enable an integrated service desk across multiple applications by keeping tickets in sync between Autotask and Jira Service Desk.

The integration is fully configurable, including which entities to sync and the ability to update list values and associated mappings.

  • Automate handoffs and reporting between systems by syncing a subset of tickets
  • Tickets can be selected for sync by any dimension (e.g. by assignment to a queue, by allocation to a specific account, etc.)
  • Ticket updates sync between systems enabling agents in either system to monitor and/or progress tickets
  • Lookups / Option sets (e.g. priority, impact) can be set by business rules and/or defaulted

Available globally in English. It can be deployed into any Azure region ensuring the ability to meet local data protection requirements.
