Phone Integration 

Loop Communications offers fully managed hosted phone systems to businesses in the United States and Canada, always employing attentive customer service. We handle everything from onboarding to maintenance, and don’t require long-term contracts.   

On inbound calls, the system will provide a call popup notification with the caller id and name of the caller.  When the customer answers the phone, the integration will automatically open the account page within Autotask that matches the caller id.  The integration will search company and contact phone numbers to find the correct account.
