Blackpoint Cyber — Autotask PSA Ticketing

              Blackpoint’s Autotask PSA ticketing integration enables bi-directional ticket synchronization between Blackpoint’s SOC and Autotask PSA. When Blackpoint’s SOC posts a public reply on an internal security ticket, a new ticket is automatically created in your Autotask PSA instance with the correct queue and company. Comments sync in both directions — public SOC comments push to Autotask as ticket notes, and Autotask notes sync back to Blackpoint as internal updates. Tag @Blackpoint in an Autotask comment to re-open a closed ticket and notify the SOC directly. No manual ticket management required.
