Join our growing Talent Development team! In this role, you will be supporting our Talent Development Managers and engaging with leaders, managers, stakeholders, and various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills and project management skills. This person also approaches every interaction with a problem-solving mindset and enjoys overcoming obstacles. This role will be remote for the rest of the year and will require someone with strong time management skills that can work autonomously.

Essential Responsibilities:

  •  Collaborate with Talent Development Managers & HRBPs to drive talent development key priorities (i.e. annual performance review process, career model framework, employee engagement)
  • Partner with Learning & Development to drive innovation and best practices in how we deliver training programs
  • Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring buy-in from peers, leaders, and key stakeholders
  • Provide project management and facilitation support to our global Datto onboarding program
  • Assist with survey writing and analysis; Talent metrics and data visualization
  • Assist with written communications, training materials & PowerPoint deck design
  • Help identify and develop key talent measures/analysis, monitors performance reviews with business leaders and utilizes the data to help make process improvement recommendations
  • Facilitates training on talent development processes   
  • Continuously improves existing programs - assessing program performance and modifying based on feedback, results and business priorities
  • Maintains knowledge of company products, technology, terminology and values in order to develop relevant and impactful learning programs/experiences


  • 2 - 4 years of experience in human resources, organizational development and/or talent management
  • Experience with performance management, coaching, succession planning, employee engagement, and project management desired.
  • Ability to organize work and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Self-motivated to deliver results and seek continuous improvement
  • High attention to small details
  • Embraces change and ambiguity
  • Experience using G Suite, Greenhouse, LinkedIn and G Suite
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team succeed
