The Opportunity

To support the continued growth of our APAC business, Datto's Manager of Implementation is a newly created role reporting into the local Manager of Success Services. You will lead, coach and inspire a team of Implementation Managers to elevate the partner experience with seamless project management, consultancy and implementation services. 

A Look Inside the Job

  • Lead, mentor and develop a growing team of experienced Implementation Managers
  • Leadership role responsible for team development, recruitment, performance management, strategic planning and enhancement activity
  • Oversee the launch and execution of complex partner projects
  • Educate sales and success teams on technical elements of implementations and projects 
  • Work cohesively as part of the APAC leadership team to streamline processes and elevate the partner experience
  • Support partners with product on-boarding; consult and identify areas to address business goals  
  • Work alongside local and global stakeholders to define and integrate processes for newly acquired solutions
  • The team are responsible for implementation services across the entire Datto product suite - BCDR, RMM, PSA, Gluh, Networking and SaaS

About You

  • Proven direct people leadership experience - performance management, talent selection, scheduling, escalations, engagement
  • 5+ years' hands on experience in SaaS Implementation, leading multiple complex projects
  • Process driven, organised and a true partner champion
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrix organisational structure
  • A supportive approach to people leadership - you're a coach and mentor
  • Practical, pragmatic and team focussed with an exceptional ability to prioritise and plan 
  • Exceptional customer experience is just the way you roll
  • An interest in emerging SaaS technologies 

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor’s Degree or experience within a related field
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA software and markets
