Continuum and Datto Confirm Vault Support to Continue through May 2019

BOSTON and NORWALK, Conn. Continuum®, the industry’s only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions, and Datto, the leading provider of comprehensive data backup, recovery and business continuity solutions, today announced the sales discontinuation of the companies’ joint solution. Continuum will discontinue selling the Vault product line, which is powered by Datto technology, on June 30, 2015.

Continuum and Datto will fully support all Continuum partners on their existing Vault appliances through May 2019. This includes 24×7 disaster recovery assistance, disaster recovery testing, adding protected machines to existing Vault appliances, and all other actions related to supporting existing Vault appliances. Continuum and Datto will also work to ensure that all Continuum Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and services will be compatible with Datto SIRIS solutions. The focus for both companies will be the full service and support of customers and partners to ensure seamless and uninterrupted delivery of services.
