Autotask to Reckon Desktop Sync

Kiss IT is a Technology Managed Service Provider (MSP) in New Zealand. We have been established since 2008 and provide IT Support services to business in New Zealand. We have been using Autotask since 2008 and Reckon Accounts since 2008 also.

This app imports labour, hardware and software items and monthly service contract items from Autotask into Reckon Accounts Desktop 2020.

  • Imports Labour from Tickets
  • Imports Costs such as Hardware, software, fixed price services added to a ticket
  • Imports recurring service Contracts (both services and bundles)
  • New customers are automatically created in Reckon Accounts
  • Invoices numbers from Reckon Accounts are synced back to Autotask.
  • Works with Reckon Accounts AU/NZ 2020

Available in Australia and New Zealand. As it is designed for Reckon accounts which are for the Australian region. It is typically not used outside Australia or New Zealand yet. Maybe in the Pacific Islands. But it will work with Reckon Accounts used worldwide to our knowledge.
