Greg Jones

Business Development Director, EMEA

As Business Development Director, EMEA, Greg is responsible for expanding and driving the success of Datto’s partner program and unique MSP ecosystem across the region. With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, Greg has extensive knowledge in expertly managing the development of technology and business processes. 

Prior to joining Datto in October 2019, Greg was CTO for a large managed service provider in the Northwest of England. Greg started his management career in IT for the public sector after securing a senior IT management position within the local authority, and later went on to private consultancy for central government.

Greg’s passion extends to his community where he serves as Business Ambassador for Alder Hey Children’s Charity, whose mission is to support the young patients, families and the staff at Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.

Ken Roultson

Managing Director

Ken Roulston has worked in IT for over thirty-eight years and has extensive experience in the IT Services arena. Ken started out as an engineer before realising that selling IT services and hardware interested him most. He joined the original CMI and, through organic and acquisitive growth. he was instrumental in the formation of Aurora UniComp, which was subsequently purchased by the Viridian Group, becoming Sx3, now Capita Plc. He then went on to spend time in Telecoms and the Internet industry but came back to IT Services with the formation of the new CMI in 2009.

Ken’s goal is for the CMI team to offer an unrivalled level of client service. He says he doesn’t have a lot of spare time so what little he does have is taken up with researching his ancestry, travelling, compiling spreadsheets (yes, they relax him!) and cooking.

Tim Walker

Managing Director

Tim is an entrepreneur and business leader in the technology sector, with over 20 years of experience in the managed services sector. In late 2007 Tim founded Iconnyx, which became a successful London based IT managed services provider. The business was successfully built up and then sold to a trade buyer in the Summer of 2012. From early 2013 until late 2016, Tim ran Taylor Made Computer Solutions, and led the transformation of that business from a traditional IT services company, to it now being one of the leading managed services companies in the UK. Throughout 2017 he was appointed to the role of non-executive Chairman on the Board of a number technology businesses. Mark Copeman

Author, Entrepeneur, Content Producer

Mark is the author of the books, Helpdesk Habits and MSP Secrets Revealed and the creator of the online customer service video program, Helpdesk Habits. He is a regular conference speaker on the subject of customer service and the power of habits.

Mark is also a video presenter and conference host in between consulting for IT businesses, where he focuses on creating content, sales and marketing.

A serial entrepreneur, in April 2018, Mark sold his 50% share in the 1-click customer satisfaction SaaS tool, Customer Thermometer, after 8 years of growth. He started Customer Thermometer in 2010, with his co-founder Lindsay Willot and built the business up to 1,000+ customers, winning the likes of Facebook, Dropbox and Dollar Shave Club.

Initially creating and developing the service, he learnt the ropes by being Customer Thermometer’s helpdesk, before moving on to enterprise sales and focusing on the IT support marketplace.

Paul Green

Paul Green is an MSP marketing expert, based in the UK, working with 450+ MSPs all over the world.

He helps MSPs improve their marketing and generate more leads with his MSP Marketing Edge program.

Paul's a former journalist and radio presenter, and has been working with MSPs for 5 years now.
