This summer, Datto is coming to your living room. In partnership with The Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP), Datto is excited to be the official sponsor of the AVP/FIVB Cincinnati Open, the final Olympic qualifier to be held in the United States before the 2016 Olympics in Rio.
“Datto is proud to be the official sponsor for the upcoming Cincinnati Open,” said Austin McChord, founder and CEO of Datto. “We’re excited to be involved with such an outstanding event and pleased to extend this fabulous co-marketing opportunity to our Managed Service Provider partners. Best of luck to all the athletes at the Cincinnati Open as they compete to earn a spot in the Olympics in Rio!”
The AVP/FIVB Cincinnati Open sponsored by Datto will be the third stop on the AVP’s 2016 schedule and the only stop hosted and operated by the AVP as part of the FIVB World Tour. In order to qualify for an Olympic berth, internationally ranked teams must compete in and earn points at 12 FIVB tournaments. Thus, the Cincinnati Open comes at a critical time for Olympic contenders earning their spot in Rio and building momentum towards the Games. The women’s and men’s finals will be broadcast on NBC and NBC Sports Network.
“AVP is thrilled to have Datto as the Official Sponsor for the Olympic Beach Volleyball qualifying event,” said AVP Managing Partner Donald Sun. “We look forward to having Datto as an Official Sponsor at what is going to be a tremendous event in Cincinnati May 17- 21.”
