Superlative-based Awards
Superior Service: Databranch, Inc, in Orlean, NY, is an IT consulting and outsourcing provider serving local and national businesses in Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania since 1985. This Datto Partner went above and beyond the call of duty for a client.
Databranch Winning Scenario: Databranch received a call from a client, located 2 hours away, stating their recently installed server was down and all their data was lost (or so they feared). Fortunately, instead of waiting for an engineer to arrive on-site, Databranch logged into the client’s Datto unit remotely and spun up most recent backup from noon that day as a virtual machine. Databranch had client up and running within 30 minutes. Additionally, the client’s systems ran on the Datto VM for several weeks until full on-site recovery was arranged. Databranch’s quick thinking and use of the Datto device avoided costly downtime for their client. Job well done!
Business Continuity Champion:Net Sciences, Inc. is New Mexico’s oldest and most accomplished network systems integrator providing on-site and remote technology support. This Datto Partner successfully conveyed the value of business continuity and persuaded a client to change backup solutions to Datto.
Net Sciences’ Winning Scenario: Net Sciences knew they needed to convince their client, one of New Mexico’s leading engineering firms, to migrate away from their dated backup option, a combination of file, tape, and disk. The backup combination relied heavily on manual maintenance and was ripe for data loss and downtime. Net Sciences communicated the value of business continuity vs. traditional backup, and was able to successfully transition their now very happy client.
