Seamless Dynamics 365 CRM Integration

Recursyv Seamless is an application integration service that makes it easy to connect different software applications. New integrations can be quickly setup using Recursyv's growing library of application connectors (including Autotask). Foundation connectors (SOAP, RESTful) are available to integrate with bespoke applications, either in the cloud or on-premise.

Seamless is provided as a managed service operated by Recursyv. The subscription fee covers access to all Recursyv connectors, pro-active monitoring and the ability to make reasonable configuration changes and support.

Connect Autotask CRM features to Dynamics 365 using this templated Seamless integration. The integration allows you to keep Company and Customer information synchronized between both systems. Autotask tickets can be synced into Dynamics and Dynamics Opportunities can be synced into Autotask.

Integration Features

  • Keep customer data in sync with bi-directional synchronization of Autotask Clients to Dynamics Accounts and Contacts (i.e. updates made in either system are synced).
  • Keep Dynamics users informed with one-way updating of Autotask tickets into Dynamics tickets (i.e. Autotask tickets are available for viewing in Dynamics but cannot be updated within Dynamics).
  • Keep Autotask users informed with one-way updating of Dynamics Opportunities to Autotask Opportunities (i.e. Dynamics opportunities are available for viewing in Autotask but cannot be updated within Autotask).
  • Autotask Resources (users) are mapped to Dynamics users to ensure that record ownership is kept in sync. Mappings are made and updated in the Dynamics front-end.
  • Scope can be easily extended to include additional data types, UDFs, list values and mappings.

Available globally. It can be deployed into any Azure region ensuring the ability to meet local data protection requirements.
