This integration will create service tickets automatically for Speerity customers whenever there is a security incident is found. Also, this integration tracks all tickets to closure and action would be taken by Speerity platform based on resolution provided in the ticket resolution. Each account in our platform will be assigned a company id and ticket will automatically be created by platform for incidents raised. Same will be manually solved and resolution comments further be utilized by platform for resolution action for customers/users.
