Fortnox

We wanted to get the best of two applications: Autotask and Fortnox.

We use Autotask PSA as the software where we manage customers, tickets, charges, contracts. When a invoice is created in Autotask it is automatically sent over to Fortnox.

We use Fortnox for all accounting, keep track of invoices and salaries. Fortnox has a very good function where they print and send the invoice to customer, keep track of progress and send past due notifications to customer, automatically, this together with automatic creation of invoices in Autotask depending on billable hours, service fee, contracts, charges and so on make a truly automatic administration.
