Channel Development Manager
Tania Sheppard is a 20-year channel veteran, who began her career in two-tier distribution at MicroAge in Tempe, AZ. Moving into the network security arena, Tania continued her channel support role managing VARs for Symantec. After moving to northern CA from AZ, she transitioned into the adjoining channel world of MSPs, helping them achieve sales and marketing success and providing total data management to their clients. Tania is a Channel Development Manager in the Bay Area at Datto, thoroughly enjoying working and playing with partners, and contributing a small part in the continued success of the MSP channel.
Tania is married to entrepreneur, Sean Sheppard, with whom she has two children and three dogs. She enjoys golf, cooking, wine, hiking, and having fun with family and friends.
Jason comes to Datto from GeekSquad where he managed their services and sales teams. Beginning as a Tier 2 technician in Datto's industry renowned Tech Support Department, Jason had a desire to help partners better understand the technology and be an aid in the sales process. Jason now travels to roadshows and channel industry events as a technical resource for Datto partners and prospective partners.

Responsible for clients’ strategic IT management planning and Medicus’ day-to-day operations, Mike Jann leads our team with more than 10 years in Information Technology. Mike is a graduate of University of Phoenix and holds his Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. He and his team have a passion for delivering extraordinary client experiences to every customer. When Mike is not managing his clients’ IT needs, he enjoys traveling across the country and exploring outdoors.
Ted Roller has over 25 years of experience in the SMB channel, first as a solution provider with Oxford Systems Integration, recognized as a “Fast 50” company by the Dayton Business Journal, then as Channel Chief of Intronis, a cloud based BDR company, and most recently as VP of Channel Development with LogMeIn, Inc.
