Amelia Paro arrived at ID Agent with over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. In her most recent role she was an Executive Manager, focusing on developing marketing and sales goals for her Managed Service Provider. Amelia helped a young MSP grow from three employees to a thriving, successful company with ten employees and $1 Million in annual revenue, in less than four years.

This role helped her understand the challenges faced by MSPs and taught her how to tackle the immediate need for ROI after adopting a new technology solution.
