Accounts and Opportunities are where all our business begins in Autotask. Opportunities are what bring us possible income and opportunities must be associated to Accounts. If either of these entities are not being utilized to the fullest you could be missing some valuable information!
In this workshop we are going to begin where the sales process starts – with opportunities. We’ll configure Autotask with valuable bits of information such as Market Segments, Opportunity Stages, Opportunity Categories and more. We will also create Opportunity Form Templates widgets (just to name a few) to support an accurate pipeline, resource and account management. Doing this will allow us to follow the Stephen Covey practice of “starting with the end in mind”.
