Datto's Partner Success teams are obsessed with ensuring our IT customers (partners) receive an unparalleled customer experience. Our partners are at the front and centre of everything we do. Join us as we scale, grow and continue to make sure our partners are consistently blown away with our service and solutions, and learn all the skills needed to thrive in customer success and sales support!

A Look Inside the Job:  

  • Be the go-to point of contact point for a large portfolio of IT customers
  • Conduct partner onboarding sessions via Zoom - introduce partners to Datto teams and resources
  • Identify improvement opportunities across account health, attrition, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales, support, finance and marketing teams develop strategies for retention, scale and growth
  • Resolve issues within a queue of tickets efficiently, and with great attention to detail (such as billings, renewals and resource requests)
  • Build escalation cases for further review
  • Increase product adoption by proactively inviting partners to training events, webinars and roadshows
  • Attend customer events and meet partners face-to-face to nurture trusted relationships

  • Customer centric and solutions focussed with a passion for delivering the best service possible
  • Organised, self motivated and comfortable within a fast paced environment
  • Outstanding communicator, articulate and great rapport builder
  • Quick thinker and fast learner - confident to ask questions and investigate until you find an answer
  • Creative problem solver
  • A interest in technology
