A look inside the role:

  • Work alongside sales execs to help facilitate and answer internal procedural, technical, and policy related questions and concerns that may arise within your IT accounts
  • Assist and support partners in accelerating their go-to-market strategy by identifying opportunities for sales training,technical training, marketing support and general guidance
  • Onboard new partners and facilitate installing their first device, navigate the partnership, manage expectations, and leverage both technical support, implementation and sales teams to elevate the partner experience
  • Be an advocate for trends you observe within your partner portfolio and share these insights with the product management and engineering teams
  • Prioritise your book of partners by developing account maps 

About you:

  • Experience in an account management, customer success, or customer service role
  • Enthusiasm for building relationships and sharing knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and troubleshoot problems
  • Ability to switch between operational and strategic tasks 
  • An interest in developing a career in the IT industry
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • A high level of organisation and ability to multitask
  • A desire to work on a new success team and help define processes to grow partner satisfaction

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a SaaS / recurring revenue business 
  • Salesforce.com experience

Our office is based on Sussex Street, close to Darling Harbour, Town Hall and Wynyard stations
