Datto is looking for an individual responsible for design, development, testing, support and maintenance of complex, large-scale operational and fault tolerant integration solutions. They are in need of someone with strong Mulesoft and general integration design pattern experience. Ideal candidates should have 6+ years of hands-on experience with integrations between various enterprise systems.


  • Design, solution and implement integration solutions for complex business challenges using Mulesoft
  • Lead design sessions with cross-functional teams and prepare comprehensive technical specifications and Mulesoft process flows
  • Work with Development Manager and Product Manager/Owner to provide high level project estimates
  • Coach and mentor team members within a fast-paced environment
  • Recommend industry best practices and emerging trends in integration domain
  • Assist in a thorough assessment of current state and spearhead post-assessment development
  • Design and develop unit tests and provide code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality


  • Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience architecting integration solutions 
  • Must have experience with Mule 3 and Mule 4 with both on-premise servers and CloudHub.
  • Experience integrating with Netsuite and Salesforce
  • Experience with SQL
  • Strong hands on experience on API Manager, Runtime Manager, RAML, Exchange and Design Center.
  • Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs
  • Strong understanding of the API-led connectivity design model 
  • Expertise in message transformation, validation, routing and orchestration in MuleSoft
  • Understanding of JSON and XML message formats
  • Strong Java skills
  • Must have experience with distributed source control systems such as GIT
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Mule 4 certifications a must
  • Mulesoft certified integration architect a plus
  • Mulesoft certified platform architect a plus
  • Experience with PHP a plus
