HR Generalist


The Opportunity:

A trusted partner and consultant to our team in Tel Aviv, you will assist with human resource-related activities, align goals and needs, and develop appropriate solutions where needed while serving as an employee advocate and change agent. Partner with local management teams, global HR Business Partners and the wider HR employee community to champion a partnership of trust, build credibility and foster a culture of constant improvement, performance and engagement. 

Reporting to the Sr Manager, International HR, the position covers a range of local departments working towards the goals of our global strategy.

A Look Inside the Job:

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment, including job postings, developing and utilising screening processes effectively, sourcing recruitment methods, interviewing candidates, making appropriate candidate selections and providing employment offers.
  • Assisting employees on light employee relation matters, with the knowledge of knowing when to escalate any issues
  • New hire onboarding, including; processing new hire paperwork, entering employee data into HRIS systems.
  • Providing Managers/Supervisors with guidance on employee coaching and corrective action.
  • Maintain compliance with employment law regulations while adhering to and enforcing company policies.
  • Design and execute Employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives and other projects in conjunction with our Operations and Finance teaM
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

About You:

  • You love technology, are a high energy person and like fast paced, dynamic environments
  • Ability to work independently with remote leadership and across matrix departments
  • Qualified candidates must have a thorough understanding of Human Resources, employment laws and regulations.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR and recruiting experience is required.
  • A strong organisational ability and self-directed drive to complete tasks and projects is required.
  • The successful candidate must be a positive, credible professional who is also an effective problem solver with strong communication skills, accurate and attentive to detail, customer oriented, able to handle multiple priorities with deadlines.
  • Payroll / Benefits administration experience preferred
