The Opportunity

Join Datto as our first in region Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in our expansion by executing field marketing campaigns, reporting on ROI and generating opportunities. Collaborate with local Sales Leadership and the APAC Marketing Leader to localise and optimise global plans.

You're an experienced integrated marketeer with a strong content and digital bent. You're a creative thinker with a bias for action and passion for collaboration. 

A Look Inside the Job

  • Develop, localise and execute marketing campaigns for the ASEAN region, primarily Singapore
  • Measure, analyse and optimise marketing's effectiveness and business impact for the region
  • Enable and educate sales leaders and their teams to elevate processes and outcomes (SDRs, Hunters and Channel Representatives)
  • Drive new partner acquisition both locally (Singapore), and across emerging ASEAN markets (Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia)
  • Develop creative cross-sell /up-sell campaigns
  • Some travel may be required (post restrictions)

About You

  • Experience executing Channel and End User marketing campaigns
  • Solid, integrated marketing experience with exposure to B2B software
  • Good understanding of different approaches in ASEAN markets
  • Passion, energy and a collaborative "one team" ethos
  • A good grasp of marketing principles including; content, digital, lead / demand generation, product and partner marketing
  • Agility to work at pace, in an expanding region, as part of a matrix global function
  • Proficiency with marketing and CRM platforms and marketing technologies

  • BA/BS qualification in marketing / business or a related field
