The Technology team at Datto designs, implements and maintains data center infrastructure solutions around the world in order to support our mission-critical Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, Autotask. Collaborating with global vendors and our world-class Design and Development teams, we implement systems to ensure the best product experience for our customers, focusing on high availability and reliability.
Job Overview:
We are in need of a technical resource to manage the design and implementation of concurrent, data center, infrastructure projects. In addition, this role will work closely with the Infrastructure team to understand the PSA platform in order to contribute to the high availability of the solution. Collaborating with engineers, the Technical Project Manager will analyze trends in order to understand their impact on the platform’s availability.
This role will influence design and support our PSA platform and as such demands knowledge and experience not only in project management, but also with data center technologies (i.e. compute, storage, networking). The role will also support new architecture system designs and initiatives.
