You will report to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations

Does This Describe You:

As the Marketing Operations Specialist at Datto you will support marketing operations in global marketing program execution. Assist in managing Datto’s internal database for compliance, as well as campaign audience segmentations. Work closely with marketing operations analysts to ensure marketing contribution is recognized accurately and process data requests from marketing for accurate insertion and updates to Marketo and Salesforce.

A Look Inside the Job:

  • Define strategy for marketing operations programs
  • Utilize Marketo to deliver timely and relevant marketing campaigns that include smart lists, emails, landing pages, and web forms
  • Manage process for all marketing prospect and customer databases in Marketo and lead/contact management in
  • Build and optimize lead nurturing email marketing programs
  • Manage all email communications and email calendar for all customer facing communications
  • Work with marketing teams to report monthly on campaign performance, conversions, etc.
  • Build and maintain programs to cleanse and enhance our data
  • Manage internal lead process by working with internal team on lead qualification guidelines
  • Manage the lead scoring model, as well as monitor and optimize it to increase success of lead quality, volume, and delivery of MQLs
  • Lead management process creation, delivery and monitoring, particularly in the area of service-level agreements

About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in the Marketing area in a professional environment (Advertising and Promotion, Campaign Management, Marketing Automation)
  • Proven expertise in marketing operations from campaign concept through execution to measurement
  • Direct experience managing and optimizing email databases
  • Direct experience with third-party email campaign management vendors such as Marketo
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention-to-detail and project prioritization abilities
  • Highly collaborative and positive work style
  • Service oriented and high-energy, low-ego, optimistic and an exceptional team player
