Responsibilities:
⦁ Develop communications channels and collateral to drive maximum value of pay programs which inform employees and candidates of the value in the different compensation vehicles offered.
⦁ Work with internal stakeholders including the Talent Attraction team, Sales Leadership, FP&A, and HR to meet company hiring, retention, and financial goals.
⦁ Act as a strategic partner to the Sales leadership team to ensure that all compensation programs align with the strategic goals and support driving a high-performance culture by rewarding and attracting top talent.
⦁ Point of contact for Sales compensation management
⦁ Identifying opportunities to optimize and improve Sales compensation plans.
⦁ Creating Excel models to quantify the financial effect of changes to Sales compensation plans.
⦁ Analyzing individual Sales productivity and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
⦁ Reporting on Sales actual vs. target variable compensation monthly and quarterly
⦁ Assist in calculating monthly commission accruals.
⦁ Manager and maintain all Global Sales spiff programs
⦁ Responsible for the sales compensation ticketing system
Requirements:
⦁ 4+ years’ work experience
⦁ Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
⦁ Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
⦁ Experience working with Salesforce and Xactly Incent
⦁ Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
⦁ Ability to turn data into insights that lead to improved business performance
⦁ Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
⦁ Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
⦁ Team player willing to pitch in for the greater good
