We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for improvement of Datto’s Partner Account Service Dept processes and systems. You’ll conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to Datto and our Partners.

You will be collaborating with stakeholders to gather and propose requirements, design solutions with architects, deliver with engineers, conduct user acceptance testing and provide post-production support then measure its impact to the customer.
