Revenue Recovery Specialist is responsible for past due collections efforts through partner communication such as calls, emails and letters. This role requires experience with collections, knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, internal processes, invoices, credit and debit adjustments, billing records, product billing, and service cancellations.
