Senior Manager, Sales Support & Systems

You will need to be a detail, process, and customer-oriented individual focused on meeting the needs of growing and dynamic team by increasing efficiencies and improvements. This position demands a detailed understanding of processes and procedures that guide successful support and system operations.

You will report to the VP, Revenue Operations.

 A Look Inside the Job:

  • Help build the scale of Sales Operations and improve efficiency for continuous exponential growth
  • Produce insightful reporting and analytics to executive leadership
  • Proactively identify, scope, and drive procedural and process updates
  • Manage a global team partnering closely with business and sales units to increase operational efficiencies and remediate obstacles for Sales Operations related functions
  • Develop and maintain a set of metrics and KPIs to promote efficiency and productivity within sales support
  • Construct and present process flows and procedures that improve operational infrastructure for business process and system support issues
  • Oversee all incoming Salesforce case inquiries across North America, EMEA, and APAC, coordinating coverage with on/offshore direct reports and business partners for increased month and quarter end volume 
  • Monitor and remediate escalated inquiries with senior business partners to close critical cases while applying best in class service and urgency
  • Manage ad hoc sales support and systems projects and deliverables
  • Collaborate and knowledge share with our global teams to ensure cross-organizational communication, understanding, and alignment
  • Develop and implement sales support functional roadmaps with key stakeholders 
  • Perform ongoing assessment of analytics tools and dashboards relative to their usability, efficacy, and adoption with their respective audiences
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and document business requirements
  • Leverage, train and guide a global team to support above initiatives

 About You:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top university or college; preferred MBA from top university or college
  • 5+ years of prior Strategy, Consulting, or Sales/Marketing Operations experience
  • A desire to learn and willingness to assume senior-level responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to make essential decisions with little guidance
  • A strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity 
  • Proficiency in process modeling, procedural analysis and operations efficiency and productivity metrics
  • Proficiency in creating executive-level presentations
  • Expertise in process flow creation using tools such as Visio or Lucid Charts
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Database development, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite along with data analysis tools and languages such as Tableau
