At a recent Datto event, we picked the brains of a few of Datto's most successful Partners on their go-to strategies for selling backup and disaster recovery solutions (i.e. Datto) to reluctant end users. One of those partners was David Pence, CEO of Acumen IT. Acumen is an IT service provider located in North Carolina, serving a number of verticals but mainly focusing on manufacturing and distribution.
