A Day in the Life of a Datto Support Tech
In this week’s podcast, Partner Success Technician, Kevin Williams, is joined by Tier 2 Technical Support Expert, Jaden Robideau. They’re offering a unique perspective to the technical support team here at Datto.
For Jaden, whether he’s assisting team members with tickets, dealing with off-site servers or synchronization, he loves being challenged every day.
“Every day I walk in here, I learn something new, something useful. It’s extremely rewarding. I really love solving problems. Supporting partners, it’s just one of the things I love to do. Just fix a problem and the person on the other end is so appreciative,” Jaden said.
Aside from the day-to-day insight, Jaden recalled a unique experience with a partner who experienced a power outage. Jaden resolved the situation and quickly returned the partner to production. Jaden says this experience helped build a strong relationship with the partner, citing it as one of his favorite aspects of the job.
