Datto has announced the appointment of Mary Kay Caricato as the company’s Chief People Officer. In this role, Caricato’s extensive experience leading global human resources teams will help develop and bolster Datto’s talent and unique culture across all geographies as the company continues explosive growth.

Caricato will oversee cultural integration as the company continues to expand into new geographies, markets and technologies. She will also spearhead Datto’s talent development efforts, the company’s compensation and competitive benefits, some of which include education reimbursement, 16 weeks paid maternity or paternity leave and free lunch Fridays.
