Email Marketing Made MSPeasy: When Is the Best Time to Send?

You’ve done your research and legwork to create the perfect email. You’ve put every possibly personal touch on the content to make it more effective. Now, don’t let your hard work go to waste because of a poorly timed email.

According to research compiled by CoSchedule Blog, the late morning during the midweek is the best time to send emails. We found the same results when speaking to some Datto partners. Our partners found their emails sent on Tuesday and Thursday were the most successful. “I don’t send emails on a Monday or Friday. People are starting their work week and catching up on a swamp of emails, and they are already focused on something else for the upcoming week,” Shandi Hogg, Director of Marketing at Ancero

Tracy Rock, Director of Marketing at Invenio IT has a similar strategy. Invenio has been successful sending emails during the midweek and avoiding any communications after normal business hours.

While these are the best approaches for the partners we spoke with, it may vary depending on your audience. It’s important to be patient and continue to innovate, but we’ll have more on that in the next blog.
