As Vice President of Support and Client Services, Scott oversees Datto’s Technical Support, Client Services, and Success teams. In his role, Scott leads a talented group that provides award-winning support, success, and services to help partner adoption and enable Datto’s existing partner base to run their business more effectively.

Prior to joining Datto, Scott held senior leadership positions at Greenhouse and Akamai, where he spent time managing client facing teams and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs. His expertise is in software and internet technology, including a track record with growth companies across a wide spectrum of industries and customers. Scott received his Bachelors of Science from Stonehill College.
